Tito Rendas, Ph.D. researcher at Católica Global School of Law and alumnus of the LL.M Law in a European and Global Context, has participated in the 3rd Doctoral Scholarship Conference at Yale, ranked first among law schools in the United States.
This is an annual conference where the highest standard doctoral candidates get to present their papers and discuss their work in progress. This year’s theme was “Law and Uncertainty”.
In order to be selected, the candidates had to demonstrate the ability to engage with others, put up with thought-provoking debates revealing the ability to clearly and forcefully articulate their ideas.
They are expected to extend the boundary of human knowledge, having controversial claims and using unconventional forms and methodologies.
