Entry Requirements

Requirements for the LL.M. Law ina European and Global Context

All LL.M. candidates must hold a first degree in Law. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong academic record. Proficiency in the English language is necessary. You may submit your application at any time, and it must be completed with all required documentation.


Requirements for the Advanced LL.M. in International Business law

All candidates to the LL.M. in International Business Law must hold a first law degree, a strong academic record and a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience. You may submit your application at any time, and it must be completed with all required documentation.


Requirements for the Global Ph.D. Programme

All candidates to the Global Ph.D. Programme must hold a first law degree (or, exceptionally, in a neighbouring discipline if the candidate’s purported research falls at the intersection of law and the discipline in question); a master’s degree in law or, exceptionally, a pre-Bologna bachelor degree coupled with an outstanding academic record; proficiency in English; completion of at least one scholarly text, which may be a master’s thesis or a text of comparable scope. Your application must be completed with all required documentation.
